As part of our long-term vision to introduce a dedicated Girls Academy division, we are launching an Advanced Girls Development Program for players born 2014-2019.
This program is designed for girls who are motivated, coachable, and ready for a higher training environment that focuses on individual development rather than team results. Our goal is to help bridge the gap between grassroots soccer and future academy-level play.
May 19 - September 1
Opens March 1 at 3pm
Phase 1: 4 sessions - $120
Phase 2 (Advanced Group Only): $30 per session.
(See details below)
90 min session
2-3 sessions per week
Players will initially be invited to attend the first four sessions (Phase 1). Following this period, the group may be adjusted to ensure training remains focused and competitive (Phase 2). If numbers require it, selections will be made to limit the group to players who best fit the criteria for this advanced environment.

No. Our Girls Advanced Training is led by our Master Coaches and professional staff. We prioritize providing strong female role models and experienced technical coaches who understand the specific developmental needs of young female athletes.
Absolutely. This is a supplemental program specifically designed to provide the extra technical touches and ball mastery that team practices often don’t have time to cover.
This program is designed for girls who have a basic foundation and are ready for a higher level of intensity. We group players by skill level to ensure everyone is pushed at the right pace. It is the perfect environment for a player looking to transition from recreational play to a more confident, technical tier. If your child is a beginner please start with our mini soccer program.
Players should have a basic grasp of dribbling and passing. The focus here is on “speed of play” and tactical awareness. If your daughter is motivated to improve and enjoys a focused training environment, she will fit right in.Players should have a basic grasp of dribbling and passing. Definitely. We encourage a supportive sideline atmosphere. We just ask that parents stay in the designated spectator areas to give the girls the space to focus on their coaches and build independence on the field.
Our curriculum is “module-based,” meaning each week focuses on a specific skill. Missing a week for school or other commitments won’t leave her behind; she can jump right back into the next technical module.
All RDT participants will receive exclusive discounts at the Red Card Soccer Store on all equipment, footwear, and apparel.
