1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the RDT Soccer Academy website (rdtsoccer.ca) and related services, including program registrations, team communications, and scheduling managed through TeamLinkt.

2. Program Registration & Policies
2.1 Registration Completion
Your registration is only confirmed once:
- Full payment is made via TeamLinkt
- You receive a confirmation email from RDT Soccer
2.2 Payments & Fees
- All fees are due at registration unless we’ve offered a payment plan
- Payments are securely processed through TeamLinkt
- Fees are non-transferable between programs or participants
2.3 Refunds & Cancellations
- Before the program starts: Full refund minus a $35 admin fee
- After the program starts: Prorated refund for remaining sessions minus $35 fee
- After 33% of the program is completed: No refunds
All refund requests must be emailed to info@rdtminisoccer.com.
2.4 Attendance & Participation
- Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions
- We do not offer make-up sessions or refunds for missed classes
- RDT Soccer reserves the right to deny participation due to:
- Safety concerns
- Rule violations
- Disruptive behavior
2.5 Media Release
By registering, you give RDT Soccer permission to use photos/videos of you or your child for promotional purposes. If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing before the program starts.
2.6 Liability Waiver
Participation involves physical activity and inherent risk. By registering, you agree:
- RDT Soccer is not liable for injuries that may occur
- Participants must be in good physical health to join
2.7 Program Changes
We reserve the right to change locations, schedules, or activities. If we cancel a program entirely, you’ll receive a full refund or program credit.
2.8 Code of Conduct
All participants and guardians must:
- Treat coaches, staff, and other families with respect
- Follow facility rules
- Failure to do so may result in removal from the program without refund.
2.9 Personal Belongings
RDT Soccer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items brought to programs.
3. Website & Platform Usage
3.1 TeamLinkt Use
- All registrations, payments, and team communications are handled through TeamLinkt
- Your use of TeamLinkt is subject to their Terms. RDT Soccer is not liable for:
- TeamLinkt service disruptions
- Technical errors or data breaches on TeamLinkt
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login information secure
- Any activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access
3.3 Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Tamper with or disrupt our website or TeamLinkt’s services
- Upload abusive, illegal, or offensive content
- Use bots or automated scripts to access data
- Pretend to be someone else (impersonation)
3.4 Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, text, and images on our website belong to RDT Soccer. You may not use or reproduce them without written permission.
4. Limitations of Liability
RDT Soccer is not liable for:
- Injuries sustained during our programs
- Issues with TeamLinkt’s services or payments
- Third-party websites linked from our site
- Mistakes in published program information
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the program.
